To which countries do you deliver?

The following countries in Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Outside Europe we deliver to Canada and the US.

If you do not live in these countries, please contact us. Possibly we can get your favorite items delivered to you.

What are the shipping costs?

Do you live in the Netherlands and did you spend less than € 30? Then the shipping costs are € 3.95. Did you spend € 30 or more? Then the shipping is free.

Do you live in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg or Poland, and did you spend less de 65 €? Ensuite, les frais de port sont de 9,00 €. Avez-vous dépensé 65 € ou plus? Ensuite, la livraison est gratuite.

Do you live in Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain or Sweden, and did you spend less than € 65? Then the shipping costs are € 9.00. Did you spend € 65 or more? Then the shipping is free.

Do you live in Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Romania or Slovenia, and did you spend less than € 65? Then the shipping costs are € 21.00. Did you spend € 65 or more? Then the shipping is free.

Do you live in Canada or the US, and did you spend less than € 100. Then the shipping costs are € 28.00. Did you spend € 100 or more? Then the shipping is free.

I have received my order, but a few items are missing. What should I do?

It occasionally happens that your items do not fit in one package and therefore we send two (or more) packages. Or maybe an item is out of stock and will be send later. Hopefully you will receive the second package soon.

Also please know that you can always contact us. We will find out whether it concerns an order in multiple parts, or whether something else is going on.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If you ordered before 4 p.m., your order will be shipped the same day. Please take the next shipping time into account:

  • 1-2 days within the Netherlands
  • 5-8 days within Europe
  • 8-10 days outside of Europe

Please note that Sundays and Mondays do not count, because then no mail will be delivered. Moreover, it sometimes happens that packages arrive one or a few days later than expected. However, if it takes longer than a few days, please contact us.

How do I receive my order?

We try to send as many orders as possible by letter mail. The advantage of this is that we keep the shipping costs low. The disadvantage is that you cannot check your order with Track & Trace.

Your order might not fit in an envelope. In that case we will send it by parcel post. We use DPD, DHL and PostNL (and UPS for packages outside of Europe). If your package is send by parcel post, it also has a Track & Trace code. We do not send codes by default, but you can of course request it from us.


What payment options do you have?

At the moment you can pay with us quickly, easily and securely with PayPal, credit cards (including Cartes Bancaires), iDeal, Bancontact (Mister Cash), Giropay, Belvius, Apple Pay, ING Home'Pay KBC and CBC. Do you want to pay in a different way? Please contact us and we'll see what we can do for you.

Can I also pay with gift cards?

Not yet, but we are evaluating whether and, if so, which cards we want to accept. If you have any good ideas, of course they always are welcome.

The online payment did not go as smooth as expected. How do I know for sure whether I paid?

If money has been transferred from your account, you have paid and there should be a confirmation from us in your mailbox. If this is not the case, it might be in your spam box? If not, we would love to hear from you.

When nothing has been transferred from your account, you have not paid and you can place the order again.

If something is not clear about the payment, you can of course contact us.

Exchange and return

I want to exchange or return an item. Do you offer this service?

Yes, we are happy to cooperate. However, there are two conditions:

  1. Items from the bargain corner (in sale) cannot be exchanged or returned.
  2. There is a 14 days deadline for the exchange and return period.

That's nice to hear. And now?

To exchange‎‏‏‎ ‎an item, please first contact us. Please state your order number, the reason why you want to exchange it and of course which item you would like to have in return.

Returns can be done without first contacting us. Please send the item and order confirmation to the return address. It is important that you indicate (1) the reason for the return and (2) your bank account number and beneficiary on the order confirmation. Upon receipt, we will refund the purchase amount to your account. We transfer all costs except those for sending the item back.

Okay, I sent the order back. I guess I have to wait now?

When we receive the item, for returns we reimburse you your costs. After we have transferred the amount, you will receive an email. This email is a confirmation that we have received your returned item and did refund you the amount.

For exchange we will immediately send the new item after receiving your return. Also for this option, you will be informed by email.
